You would be paying $300 for rent and then a 3rd of a cable/internet bill, utility bill and electricity bill. We have 5 dogs (one of them is my ex's and he comes over to take care of her *he moved in with our neighbor) so we ask no pets but you must be an animal lover. We do have a backyard and a garage and it's a nice little house. We have a communial living room, kitchen and dining room and you would basically have your own bathroom (my roomie and I share mine but occasionally use the hall bathroom)
