It will be available any time after about Dec. 12th, but you can move in as late as the first week of January. Our lease runs out in June/July so since I will be gone until about then anyway, I could just take my name off the lease and put yours on :) If you decide you want to stay past the end of the lease, that can be arranged too! It is a 3 bedroom, 2 BR house in a cul-de-sac in Azalea Trace. You would share a bathroom with one of my 2 wonderful roommates, so females are preferred! Rent is $325/month, and you would be paying half of the water bill and electric bill, which is usually only about $100 total-- my other roomie pays the cable bill every month, as she has the master bedroom with her own bathroom.
