I have lived in this building for six years. It is a great apartment in a fantastic neighborhood! You will be less than 3 blocks away from Wrigley Field, great bars and restaurants, and within walking distance of the beach and the up and coming Uptown/ Buena Park neighborhoods as well, with Lakeview and Lincoln Park only a short train ride away! You are steps away from buses and Red Line, and street parking is easy to find. There are two Jewel Oscos within walking distance, and several smaller groceries and liquor stores within an eyeshot as well. The only reason I am moving out of the apartment is because I am in the process of changing respsonsible. This apartment could be classified as a Junior 1 bedroom or very LARGE studio. It is on the second floor of the building, has hardwood floors, a nice separate kitchen and bath area (with tub,) a nice front hallway when you walk in (also seperate from the living area,) track lighting with dimmers, air conditioning, and LOTS of storage.
