Roommate needed to share a NICE 2BR apartment with a happy couple who are two eccentric music-loving artists. Apartment has hardwood floors throughout, new linoleum in large kitchen, huge deck (complete with grill for cookouts!!). We're surrounded by trees and overlook a lush beautiful well-landscaped yard with an inground pool. We share the large master bedroom, you get the smaller single room.

Rent is $433/month. Water/trash and 1 off-street parking spot included. Must split heat/electric/cable internet with us 3-ways. (Not bad...usually no more than a total of $100 a month ea.. A wireless internet card is required to have internet in your bedroom...we have a router). Must be willing to share household responsibilities (your turn at the dishes or cleaning the bathroom or the living room—common areas as well as shoveling snow or sweeping off the deck) We’re not anal about the cleaning but we do not live in filth. “The girlfriend” does a lot of cooking and you’re invited to join us for those meals. :)

Must not mind a slew of visitors (sometimes bands crash, we have a lot of friends all over the US, Canada, the world), a small cat, night owls, movie/video game junkies, smokers, and the occasional party. Must be considerate of neighbors below us and have a general positive demeanor.

No crazies. No “bi-polar.” No emotionally unstable people. No no-job deadbeats. No drama. Guys preferred, but will consider a wicked chick. Kind folks and folks into good beer and music get a leg up. No other pets allowed. My cat is territorial of other animals and will eat them. No joke. (but she’s sweet to people).

This house is NOT for someone under the age of 25. This house is not for someone that works crazy hours and needs a quiet house. We are not looking for another couple to move in...just ONE person.
