House has awesome backyard to relax. Near Shattuck and Church st in Saginaw. I am a male who is very clean,quiet,works in Midland and takes an occaisional night class at Delta. I have lived with both male and female roommates from all walks of life. No conservatives, rednecks or people with drama please. Must be easy going and respect each others privacy. You will have TWO small bedrooms on the main floor of the house. One of them could use a little painting. I am upstairs. House lacks furniture as I don't do much of entertaining at home, but does have a dishwasher, A/C, kitchen space and laundry facilities. Currently we have high speed internet but that is dependent on whether I can get a roommate in here quick enough to split the bill. Back and front porch for hanging out with plenty of parking. Smokers will have to step outside. Sorry but no pets. Delta and SVSU renters are great but if your over 21 that would be a bonus. Occasional overnight guest is okay, but not looking for someone who has constant people coming by,hoisting frat flags in the backyard for a weekend kegger. Musicians or artist are encouraged. This would be a 30 day month by month sublease agreement. Utilities are around $110 a month in winter plus internet if you need it.$100 deposit and you can move in immediately!
