I am a sophomore at the Kansas City Art Institute looking for a roommate to share my two bedroom apartment at 43rd & Harrison.

Rent would be $250 each plus utilities. The apartment is fairly spacious with a living room, dining room, full kitchen and shared bathroom. There is a covered front balcony and a back deck. Off street parking, coin laundry in basement.

I have two friendly cats that are outside most of the day and a parrot who remains in my room. Bringing in any more pets could make it a zoo but I may make an exception for the right renter (or kitty).

No cigarette smoking inside.

Renter must be 420 friendly.
