1992 Subaru SVX Details

This is a 1992 Subaru SVX LS-L with the Touring package; top of the line model. It has had its transmission rebuilt by Level10 in the last 10,000 miles, along with replacement rear wheel bearings and slotted and drilled rotors; this fixes the three major common failures in these vehicles. When the transmission was rebuilt I had the final drive changed to a 4.44 ratio to improve acceleration. There are more details on my website, http://svx1992.selfip.net/svxforsale.htm , along with many more pictures. Included in the sale are a set of ASA LW5 wheels with Goodyear Eagle F1 summer tires, and currently there are Dunlop Winter Sport M3 winter tires installed on the stock rims. I invested over 15K into this car. I have about 270hp to flywheel and 280ft-lb torque at 7psi boost set from the wastegate. The car weights 2800 pounds which makes the GC8 model over 500 pounds lighter then the new style GDB Imprezas (better handling, higher power to weight ratio = faster acceleration). I tuned the car for every day driving this way I wont put too much stress on the engine and the tranny. You can make it a lot more aggressive by adding more boost and tuning the ecu.
