For Sale 97 Ford Ranger $3,000 obo. It is red, has 151,000 miles on it, and regular maintance done on it. This range is a 5 speed and gets great gas milage and has a trailor hitch hookups as well. We have owned it for about 6 years and my husband just got a 4runner to haul our boys around in. That is the only reason we are seeling it is to pay for his new 4runner. I bought this Ford Truck from a County Sheriff here in WVa, in the spring time. The truck did need a Transmission, and other work done. He did have a 4.0L motor installed with less then 90k on it, then the trans went out so he sold it to me. I installed a used transmission with a six month warrenty, now with about 3 months left. I also serviced the transmission, new filter and fluid also installed an inline filter on the return cooler line and flushed the cooler lines and transmission cooler. I also installed new rear Ford spring shackels and brackets, The tires are GoodYear and have less then 700 miles on them, I installed new shocks front and rear I also installed a new exhaust system from the cat back. I had a new windshield installed and I installed new wiper blades. the brake lines were replaced, I installed new front brake rotors wheel bearings also repacked and new front brake pads, the rear brakes were also replaced with new hardware1 new drum the other machined on a lathe. one new wheel cylinder.
