This internship is a great way to jump-start your writing and/or social media career and build your resume while still in school. The best part? You can work from anywhere in the USA and you can make your own hours! You'll work just10 hours a week.

Viscape.com, a Web 2.0 social marketplace for vacation homes, is seeking a few good interns to join our team. This is an internship, but based on performance could result in a full-time gig after you graduate.

Qualifications:

  1. EXCEPTIONAL communicator – written and verbal

  2. SOCIAL media EXPERT – already active and involved in Blogging, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Flickr

  3. Friendly, social and outgoing

  4. Authentic, creative and funny storyteller – written and verbal (must be willing to write one sample travel review of 150-200 words)

  5. Love to travel and well traveled in US, Caribbean and South America

  6. Passionate about an activity or place

  7. Tech savvy and able to navigate and get results from ALL social media sites

  8. Flexible (we are changing and growing EVERY DAY) and willing to work from home

  9. Truthful and straightforward

Expectations:

  1. Build a complete Viscape.com profile

  2. Become a “Top Member” with-in first week of hire

  3. Write 6-7 reviews for specific destinations that the site covers– 150-200 words (Reviews must exhibit a humorous, hip, authentic writing style that appeals to all ages)

  4. Provide authentic pictures and videos from the destinations reviewed

  5. External - Be a Viscape Ambassador for Viscape.com by reaching out to friends, family, bloggers, etc…

  6. Internal - Participate in discussions on site and encourage members to write reviews and update profiles, BUILD your Viscape network!
