Greetings, everyone. My name is Joseph Moore, and I am a fitness professional in the Butler and North Pittsburgh area. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Health Education along with 2 minors in Fitness and Coaching. I am also a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. I specialize in specific areas of fitness and athletic development. These areas include:• Strength Training• Muscle Building• Cardiorespiratory Endurance• Weight Loss/Gain• Self Defense/CombativesThe services I provide are available through 2 options:The first option is a mobile service. I would drive to you and provide individualized training sessions at your desired location. I can supply the necessary equipment for your sessions, or we can utilize the equipment that you already have available at your previously established location.The second option available requires you to meet me at a private location where we would conduct the session. If preferred and weather permitting, we can conduct the session at a public location such as a park. I guarantee that my services are unparalleled to the competition because I specifically tailor your programming to your individual needs. There is no cookie cutter template or one-size-fits-all approach to your success. I meet you where you currently are in your journey and then design your routines based on evidence-based research and scientific principles. I promise that I will never use fitness fads, the latest trends or celebrity diets when designing your programs.
