Need 1 roommate for Summer Sublease!

One of our roommates needs to move back home and we need someone to take over her lease. We live in a 4bd, 2 bath apartment on the first floor at Lakeside Apartments off Riverbend Rd. Rent would be $365/month and our current roommate is willing to pay $65/month to help out. Water is included. we pay $10/month each for internet and cable and around $20/month each for electricity, if we go over our cap. payment excepted by Lakeside, check or pay online with card (no cash). This is a nice set up, quiet, close to campus and on the UGA and Athens bus line. There is a public gym and pool here, free computer access at the club house, and a lake in the middle of the property. We really need someone asap and the summer lease would end beginning of August, so this is only for the months of June and July.
