Maintenance Perfect Room I

Responsible for conducting rotational inspection of guest rooms/villas, ensuring all items are in working order.

Checks locks, air conditioning, telephones, lighting, STSN, television and movie systems, other preventative maintenance; making repairs as necessary.

Position requires knowledge of general maintenance (AC, plumbing, electrical, etc.), excellent guest service skills and availability to work a flexible schedule.
