Description:As a member of the creative team, responsible for conceptual development and drafting of copy for various types of promotional, financial, and/or internally focused copy materials and other written or verbal (speeches) communications. Ensures that copy is consistent with overall strategic goals of the organization and the appropriate business unit. May be assigned the most complex or "high profile" copywriting projects. May coordinate activities with marketing, design, proofreading, print production staff, management groups or others to assure quality, timeliness and cost efficiency.Must possess effective oral presentation and written communication skills, as well as excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and able to handle multiple priorities in a consistently changing environment. In addition, the candidate will be able to work well with all levels of employees, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work well under pressure, work independently and take initiative. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
