The new 2007 Chrysler Sebring is available with three different engines, ranging from frugal to high-performance. A 173-horsepower, 2.4L four-cylinder engine is standard on all styles, matched with a four-speed automatic transmission, and delivers the best fuel economy of any non-hybrid vehicle in its class, at 24 city, 32 highway.

A 189-horsepower, 2.7L V6, paired with a four-speed automatic, is available as a step up on the base Sebring and Sebring Touring. This engine can run on any mix of ethanol and gasoline up to 85 percent ethanol (E85), and gets 22 mpg city, 30 highway on gasoline.

At the top of the range the 3.5L V6 engine, with 235 horsepower and 232 lb-ft of torque, is paired with a new six-speed automatic transmission and AutoStick shift... see more
