Living room overlooks the Washington DC National Cathedral.
Underground parking in a reserved spot. Elevator from garage to unit on 16th floor. Access DC Metro just at building entrance, Access to shopping without leaving the building via Mezzanine level connectors (habit trails for humans).
NSF, FDIC, Nature Conservancy, DARPA all within walking distance.

- Convertible Bed: This is the sofa bed in the living room. It pulls out and sleeps two. The linens are in one of the ottomans / footstools.

- Cable/Satellite TV: Cable tv is part of basic cable from Comcast. The phone and internet work off this system. The TV is a 32 inch LCD. There is also a DVD and VCR attached.

- Monument View: City lights view over Arlington and Northwest DC. On a clear day the Nation Cathedral can be seen.

- Telephone: The phone is part of our Comcast cable package.
- Free Long Distance: As far as I know unlimited US 48 calls are included in the phone.
- Broadband Internet: There is an ethernet cable in the dining room that connects directly to your laptop ethernet port. There is a black and white laser printer provided on the internal LAN. E-mail me for instructions.
- WiFi (Wireless Internet): If you want to use the wifi, you will need to email me for instructions via the hardwire ethernet connection described above.
- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed: Sorry. We like animals too, but are unsure at this time how to best accomodate them.
- Smoking Not Allowed: We prefer non-smoking within the apartment. Unfortunately we have no balcony or terrace on which to smoke.
