Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We make all efforts to process and ship out orders the same day we receive them. Orders received after 4pm Eastern time are sent out the next business day. Orders received over the weekend are shipped out Monday. Occasionally we will need to transfer all or part of an order from another warehouse which adds one business day to the lead time.
We prefer to ship to the United States. Arrangements can be made for international customers- please contact us for shipping times and charges. There is a minimum of $100 on international sales, and all international sales are FINAL. Any duties/taxes are to be paid by the buyer.
RETURN POLICY
Buyer satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return your order within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Buyer must contact us before returning a part to receive authorization. Refunds can only be processed using your original payment method. No receipt = no refund - no exceptions. You must include all original parts, packaging, instructions and materials to receive a refund. Once a part is installed on a vehicle it is non-returnable. Used items are not returnable.
Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping on returns, although there are certain exceptions. Exceptions include but are not limited to: returns where we send an incorrect part, a part arrives damaged, or a part arrives incomplete.
