These cones are usually placed under Tube Equipment, although i have heard many claim they also work wonders for Electronics. Experimentation with this type of tweak can sometimes be very rewarding. They also tend to have a cumulative affect, ( the more pieces of equipment they are under, the bigger the improvement.
Any descent piece of equipment will sound better when you reduce shelf vibration. They are brand new in the box, and in absolute pristine condition.
