The kitchen and bathroom floors are adorned with grouted ceramic tile. Since the aforementioned ammenities are somewhat costly, a $300 security deposit is considered more than fair. UTILITIES & SERVICES: Sewage and garbage services are provided by property owners. Electric (Johnson City Power Board), water (City of Elizabethton), telephone (CenturyLink), and cable/internet (Charter) services are to be connected and maintained at tenant(s) expense. Satellite services (Direct TV or Dish Network) are strictly prohibited from being installed into any unit; no exceptions. USPS mailbox provided on premises. ANIMAL COMPANIONS: Absolutely NO PETS are permitted in this apartment unit under ANY circumstances whatsoever.
