Owners of the rental property are the landlord(s) for the apartment premises; they maintain a separate residence nearby in Elizabethton. UNIT DETAILS: Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed inside this apartment unit under ANY circumstances whatsoever. All apartments are rented unfurnished. Carpeting has been installed for the livingroom and bedroom floors, with a singular closet in the livingroom and his/her closets in the bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom floors are adorned with grouted ceramic tile. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size 4-burner self-cleaning electric range/oven, a 17 cu. ft. top mount freezer/refrigerator with auto defrost, a deep double-bin stainless steel sink, and top/bottom wood finish cabinets. The bathroom is fitted with a standard toilet, full-size shower/tub, and single vanity sink with a wood finish cabinet. All apartments are equipped with central heating and air conditioning, recessed lighting, Energy Star efficient double-pane glass windows with tinted window screens, and a private 30-40 US gallon electric water heater. Since the aforementioned ammenities are somewhat costly, a $300 security deposit is considered more than fair. UTILITIES & SERVICES: Sewage and garbage services are provided by property owners. Electric (Johnson City Power Board), water (City of Elizabethton), telephone (CenturyLink), and cable/internet (Charter) services are to be connected and maintained at tenant(s) expense. Satellite services (Direct TV or Dish Network) are strictly prohibited from being installed into any unit; no exceptions. USPS mailbox provided on premises. ANIMAL COMPANIONS: Absolutely NO PETS are permitted in this apartment unit under ANY circumstances whatsoever.
