Just to let you know its against the law by saying no children allowed that is discrimination you cant legally tell anyone th... more Just to let you know its against the law by saying no children allowed that is discrimination you cant legally tell anyone that no children are allowed to live at your home you have for rent it doesn't matter if it is close to a busy highway that's called parenting and up to the parent to keep there children out of the highway (( The Federal Fair Housing Acts (42 U.S. Code §§ 3601-3619)) A landlord is legally free to set whatever conditions he wants for a tenancy as long as they are reasonably related to his business needs and don’t violate anti-discrimination laws. The Federal Fair Housing Acts (42 U.S. Code §§ 3601-3619) prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, familial status (having children), and physical or mental disability (including alcoholism and past drug addiction). In addition, many states and cities also prohibit discrimination based on marital status, gender identity, and sexual orientation. so posting an ad like you have posted someone can easily sue you for violating the Federal Fair Housing Acts
