Physical Therapist (Inpatient) Santa, Rosa (On-Site) Full-Time, Per-Diem, And Part Time Day Shift Available Relocation Assistance Responsibilities The practice of Physical Therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, education, communication, and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families as well as to foster a positive working relationship among professionals and ancillary staff.
