A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager. Key Responsibilities: Be an expert on the platform and provide user-level support Integrate the platform into client workflows and recommend best practices Collect customer feedback, articulate product recommendations, and navigate stakeholders in the buying process Required Qualifications: 6-8+ years of enterprise software or SaaS customer success/account management experience Experience providing product support at the user level Knowledge or experience in publicly available information and social media analysis efforts High level of accountability and ability to execute on multiple projects and deadlines Self-motivation and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
