Key Responsibilities: Provide effective audio remote interpreting Answer inbound calls promptly and offer superior customer service Adhere to professional conduct standards, maintain confidentiality, and follow interpretation protocols Required Qualifications: Full fluency in both English and Lingala 2+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred Industry certifications/trainings like CMI, CCHI, and proof of 40+ hour medical interpreting training Technology proficient with web-based platforms, email, and Microsoft Word Access to a landline phone for sound quality and a quiet, secure interpreting space
