Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and caring Client Care Specialist. Our Client Care Specialists provide the first impression of the hospital to clients and patients. They must be friendly, able to create relationships, professional and courteous, and capable of handling many tasks at once with many interruptions. Job responsibilities Perform opening procedures, clerical tasks involve typing, phone use, computer software use, use of checklistsGreet clients and patients in a professional, upbeat and friendly mannerCash handling, credit card processing, client identity protection Reconcile invoices and money at day-end according to protocol- cash handlingMaintain medical records and check for completeness, advanced level medical record keepingAnswer telephone calls by the 3rd ringSchedule appointments for the best flow for each day, use of deductive logicSchedule boarding and grooming appointmentsCall & confirm appointments and track no-showsHandle miscellaneous correspondence/faxes/emails/mail/textsPresent invoices, receive payment and prepare estimatesAssist clients in any way needed (carrying food, pets, etc..)Handle emergency situations with calmness and tact Qualifications and Skills Attention to detailAbility to multitask and take initiativeAbility to work in stressful situations while making sound decisionsExcellent Customer service skillsExcellent prioritization and efficiencyMust be able to lift patients up to 40 pounds alone, and patients over 50 pounds with assistance Benefits and Perks 401KMedical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental InsurancePaid Time OffFrequent Staff MealsUniform allowanceEmployee pet care benefitProfessional developmentPowered by JazzHR
