Job Description Introduction:--We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in managing and enhancing our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing and a proven track record in supervisory roles. Key Responsibilities: Supervise Production:--Oversee the production process, ensuring that production targets are met while adhering to quality standards. Team Management:--Direct and manage a team of 40 production employees, ensuring efficient team operations and a positive working environment. Process Improvement:--Continually assess and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs. Reporting:--Report directly to the Production Superintendent, providing regular updates on production metrics and team performance. Safety Compliance:--Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Training and Development:--Identify training needs and opportunities for team development to enhance skills and productivity. Problem Solving:--Address and resolve any issues related to equipment, materials, or team dynamics. Job Requirements Experience:--Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Education:--High school diploma required; a degree in a related field (e.g., Business Management, Industrial Engineering) is preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
