Summary: As a seasoned HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to the business focused on workforce mobilization aligned to achieve the business objectives. We work closely with senior leadership and their teams to develop and direct an HR agenda that supports organizational goals. Ensuring a deep understanding of the business, HRBPs effectively shape the talent agenda and partner with the Human Resource COEs to design, deploy and tactically support programs that drive performance and address critical needs. Responsibilities: Work directly with senior leadership in corporate functions to develop and direct a people agenda that closely supports organizational goals. Provide consultation and problem solving on organizational design and development, change management, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee/managerial development, succession planning, employee relations, training, and policy/procedure interpretations. Ensure alignment between client groups to support the company vision in line with company culture and practices. Analyze headcount requirements and turnover data for corporate functions to ensure the attainment of productivity, goals and retention levels. Counsel supervisory/management teams with regard to individual performance assessments. Where appropriate develop and monitor performance improvement programs/recognition programs to support the performance objective. Coach managers/supervisors through development and delivery of Performance Improvement Plans for individual associates. Review performance appraisal process and individual reviews for consistent content and tone. Propose changes to organizational structure to leverage talent and provide professional development and growth opportunities. Manage the planning, administration and implementation of major HR project initiatives driving executional excellence and change management to broad based initiatives including talent reviews, inclusion and diversity, workforce planning, talent analytics, and overall process improvements in service to a positive employee experience. This includes leveraging our HR Systems and being willing to operate with minimal administrative support. Requirements: BA or BS in Human Resources Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or Organization Development, MBA preferred but not required. 7 years demonstrated progressive career development in Human Resource position and department in a functional management capacity. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing complex project plans through deep consultation with key stakeholders. Track record of creating and driving talent and learning programs that positively impact employee engagement, calibrate talent with rigor, deepen succession and increase organizational capability. Ability to effectively interface with and influence people at all levels of the organization and across all functional areas of the business in a matrixed global organization. In depth experience with multiple approaches and technologies related to change, performance management, talent management and leadership development initiatives. Exceptional project management skills including ability to create action plans and timelines, manage multiple programs simultaneously. Ability to gather, synthesize and analyze data, draw conclusions, and summarize recommendations. Demonstrated ability to effectively lean into uncomfortable topics and crucial conversations with others; ability to play the role of disruptor and positive change agent. A collaborative, entrepreneurial, and flexible professional approach, excellent judgment, and decision-making skills, especially in high stakes and sometimes ambiguous situations. Knowledge of employment law and employment practices, with preferred experience conducting all types of employment investigations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
