About the Role Second Nature is looking for an experienced Customer Onboarding Project Manager with experience in the Property Management/Single Family Residential (SFR) space to join our Customer Onboarding team. The Onboarding PM will work closely with the Sales and Client Success teams to navigate initial customer set up, guide operational change management, and help clients establish KPIs as part of their long term strategy & seamlessly incorporate Second Nature’s Resident Benefits Package (RBP) into their core business. Key Job Responsibilities Collaborate with customers on time bound project plans to ensure successful adoption of RBP Guide our customers through our onboarding process while meeting critical timelines Troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively to course correct and meet desired outcomes Work closely with Sales to strategically craft the onboarding experience best suited for each customer Coordinate with our Client Success and other teams to ensure consistent, long term delivery of Triple Win Experiences Think fast! Our industry is fast paced and ever changing, adapting on the fly is critical Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the SFR industry History of success in consultative selling to support our Sales team Ability and proven track record of meeting (exceeding is better!) KPIs that directly impact the customer experience Experience with G-Suite, Salesforce, Totango (or comparable platform), and Gong Experience navigating the property management tech stack (Appfolio, Propertyware, Buildium, Rent Manager, Rentvine, Yardi, etc.) Strong business acumen with a positive, problem solving attitude Ability to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills & attention to detail We get it.
