Start/end daily with no weekends in Sioux Falls , South Dakota! Looking for both a Route Driver and Relief Driver: Rapid Pay Increases! Start rate is at least $26/hr (more based on experience) with rapid pay increases the first 18 months! Extremely low medical insurance rates! Only $13 bi-weekly for an employee only plan, $40 for a family plan Rapidly accruing PTO time: 4 days in the first 6 months, 8 days at one year $1,500 new CDL Driver bonus and $1,000 referral bonuses Quarterly bonuses for CDL drivers CDL Training program for those wanting a career with us! Then this job is for you! You don't have a CDL but could get it quickly with some assistance? Then we can help by doing paid on-the-job training where we pair you up with another driver and get you as much hands-on experience as possible so that you can gain the skills to get your CDL and take over your own route! Route Driver : This is a Monday-Friday route working approximately 40-45 hours per week, starting and ending in Sioux Falls every shift. The route starts between 3am 5am (depending on the route) at and will generally work 4 days per week but may pick up another day to help cover if necessary. You start in the morning picking up the packed trailer and follow the delivery route given. At each stop, there will be some building of the loads to take in to the customer requiring attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets. You then work with the customer on where to place their products, get required signatures, and develop relationships with these repeat customers. Relief Driver (pays an ad'l $2-3 incentive!) This is a critical position to help cover routes that need to be covered regardless of it is pre-planned or unexpected. Will get trained on all routes to be able to cover on a moment's notice for the unplanned coverages. This position could get a call in the middle of the night to come in to cover a route, so is paid $2-3 more per hour than a regular route for the flexibility depending on your knowledge of routes and coverage availability.
