Opportunity for a full time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner in Phoenix, AZ. The NP is responsible for providingcomprehensive primary health care services through the identification,management and/or referral of the health problems and the maintenance of theclient’s health by means of preventive care and health promotion. Requirements: Graduate from an approved Nurse Practitionerschool Nurse Practitioner certificate issued by theArizona Board of Nursing Valid Arizona Registered Nurse license Valid Arizona Advanced Practice license Valid DEA certificate Current BLS Experience treating adults with chronic andacute conditions Demonstrated understanding of clinical methodsand techniques Ability to meet and deal effectively withclients, associates, and the general public Basic business English, spelling, andpunctuation skills Basic computer efficiency Valid AZ driver’s license Competency in dealing with people of variouscultures and social status Certification to perform cardiopulmonaryResuscitation for the Health Care Professional (CPR) and AED through coursesthat follow the guidelines from the American Heart Association and Red Cross(cognitive and skills evaluations) Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Cardissued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety for all specialty behavioralhealth locations
