UMCPosition Title: Tool Department CoordinatorDate Posted: 05/09/2024Location: Everett, WA Position DescriptionStarting Salary Range: $23 - $25per hour depending on experience Location: Everett, WAClassification: Non-ExemptUS Applicants Only General Position Summary: Provide clerical support for the Tools Department. Essential Job Functions:AP/AR Support for the Tool Dept.Maintains Records- service & repairs of tools.Maintains inventory control.Hazmat management - coordinating P/U and billing review.Tool Room/Warehouse Supply managementMaintain process documentation for the tool dept & warehouse.Provide clerical/ administrative support to the tool dept. & warehouseEnter Purchase Orders and coordinate add-ons with AP.Manage various functions in Trackvia including ordering, & writing PO's. Regular attendance and promptness are considered part of each employee's essential job functions.Secondary Job Functions: Assist with Fastenal invoice review for approval.Complete monthly expense report of TR Manager. Position RequirementsSkills Required to Perform the Essential Duties of the Job: Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).Supervisory Responsibility:NoneEducation/ Experience Requirements Needed to Perform the Essential Duties of the Job: High School diploma or GED1-2 years of warehouse work experience preferred.1-2 years of returns or inventory experience preferred.Licensing or Other Special Certifications Required: Maintain a valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
