As the Park Group Sales Supervisor, you'll ensure every group—from school outings to corporate events—experiences the excitement and joy our park has to offer. Job type: Full-time, exemptSchedule: Can be flexible, weekends and holidays required. *These hours may vary slightly based on hotel occupancy and department need. Your Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain school groups, corporate clients, and other large groups. Lead a team of sales agents, fostering a collaborative environment that is focused on achieving sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all aspects of their group visits are managed seamlessly from start to finish. Your Qualifications: Experience in sales, particularly in the hospitality, tourism, or related fields. Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance.
