Responsibilities:• Process semi-monthly payroll for all employees accurately and timely• Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system• Generate payroll reports for management review• Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations• Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues Qualifications:• Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills• Experience in HR Management• Experience in Payroll Processing - large company• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Bachelor's degree or graduation from a two-year college program in a related discipline is preferred but not required• Are knowledgeable of GSuite (Google Docs) and have the technical aptitude to learn new systems• A great conversationalist and email writer, with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility• Able to create and manage a detailed monthly newsletter• Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you• A constant drive to improve the experience of our employees and our internal processes: "How can I make things better?"
