Our current team is achieving and exceeding these targets, with plans for further expansion. Base salary will be determined based on your experience level. After one year, you will transition to our commission-based model, offering significant earning opportunities. This structure empowers you to manage your income potential while being supported by a team of skilled individuals. You will receive comprehensive training from a group of seasoned attorneys boasting over 60 years of personal injury expertise.
