Job Summary The Systems Engineer at Rich Products is a key role in the Digital Manufacturing team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex computer systems and networks. This intermediate-level position works closely with various stakeholders, including plant and maintenance managers, to ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure and to provide technical support. The role involves troubleshooting, system upgrades, and enhancing digital capabilities as part of Rich's 2025 vision to become a digitally-powered, global food organization.The position offers a flexible work environment with remote work options and requires up to 50% travel within the US to support project requirements. Key Accountabilities and Outcomes * Manage small to medium capital projects, acting as a single point of contact.* Develop and configure systems in Aveva System Platform and other tools to support automation system deployments and upgrades.* Support interfaces to plant automation devices and systems.* Develop and manage system lifecycle execution plans for digital manufacturing tools.* Consult with supply chain, operations, corporate engineering, and manufacturing associates to determine business needs and identify system requirements.* Provide Level 3 technical support for select applications.* Design and implement complex systems and network solutions.* Perform system and network troubleshooting and problem resolution. Knowledge and Experience Required:* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MIS, CS or related field.* 3 - 5 years of experience in application development and/or system integration.* Demonstrated experience in a similar role in food & bev, CPG or manufacturing industries* Experience with Aveva automation software products (System Platform, InTouch, Historian) or comparable products.* Familiarity with SCADA, MES, PLCs, electrical, and control systems.Preferred:* Proficiency with Microsoft products (especially Windows Servers, SQL Server) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).* Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.* Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V) and cloud computing platforms (AWS or Azure).* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.#CORP123#LI-NT1 COMPENSATION In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
