Location: Mercury Street Medical Group, PLLC Position: Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - Part TimeMercury Street Medical Group, PLLC is recruiting an experienced PA or NP to join our well-established primary care practice. The position is full-time outpatient care four days per week, with a reasonable rotating on-call schedule which is outpatient only. Mercury Street is a small but growing private practice with three MDs, two PAs, and a combination of old-fashioned ethos and high-performance value-based care. We have an overt strategy to prevent provider burnout and moral injury. We offer a competitive benefits package and salary (dependent on experience) that increases as your output increases, and we are a National Health Service Corp site, which equates to medical student loan forgiveness. There is no exclusivity agreement, and moonlighting opportunities abound in Southwest Montana, along with snow sports, equine culture, and wilderness activities. Butte, Montana is located within two hours of three major cities and within ten minutes of the Continental Divide Trail and acres of uninterrupted National Forest. Providers must provide written documentation of the following qualifications: Current board certification or eligibility for board certification in General Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or relevant specialties Graduation from a medical school that is accredited by a nationally recognized medical professional accreditation body. Completion of at least four years of medical practice at the PA/NP level Possession of Montana Medical license or evidence of the ability to acquire one by start date.
