Nurse Practitioner physician employment in Vermont : A healthcare system in SE Vermont, 30 minutes west of Keene, NH is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician's Assistant (PA) to join their team and provide care to residents of their affiliated Skilled Nursing Facilities. Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Full time; M-F 8-5p Provide care and essential medical services across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities, hospital affiliated Prescribes modalities including but not limited to medication, nutrition, exercise, and traditional nursing treatments. 2 years of experience in post-acute care/SNF's highly preferred Working collaboratively with Family Practice Physician DEA License Competitive compensation, Medical, Dental, Vision, ETO package, retirement with 6% earnings annual contribution + 1% additional match.
