PD ScientistThis is a key role within the R&D team for a research forward market leading dairy manufacturer. In addition to having a background in cultured dairy, you will be guiding long-term development projects and Jr. developers through the formulation of new products as well as reformulating current offerings.Education:M.S., PhD preferred with 7+ years experience or B.S. with 10+ years experience in cultured dairy developmentKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Expert knowledge in area of Food Science, Dairy ChemistryProficient in experimental design with attention to detail and impeccable organizationKnowledge of Laboratory, Pilot Plant, and manufacturing facility processes and proceduresProven ability to lead long-term projects and jr. developers from ideation through commercializationGood Laboratory research skillsAble to generate ideas, test their effectiveness and decide on a plan of actionAble to demonstrate professional, verbal, and written communicationAble to follow written and oral instruction and able to lead through written and oral methodsStrong interpersonal skillsAble to communicate with various departments including Customers, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Operations and Product Development in a professional manner**If you d like to hear more about this opportunity and others we are currently working on, please contact Kristen Gawrys at kgawrys cps4jobs.com.JO: 127.24KG#LI-KG1
