Perform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution. Perform hardware and OS installations, migrations and/or upgrades. Plan for software and hardware upgrades and/or migrations. Develop and maintain documentation. Maintain operating systems and associated infrastructure software. Develop system related procedures.
