Fiber Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Longview, Washington. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Outpatient Experience is preferred. Will accept New Grads? Yes Will accept First Time Travelers? Yes 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked. Float to other clinics: No Patient Population: Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected. 3 references required- one from a direct supervisor Fiber Staffing Job ID #6. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
