Home Manager at a Care Centre We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Home Manager to join the team at a Care Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent care and support to our residents, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the home. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the nursing home, including staff, budgeting, and compliance with regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure high quality care is provided to residents. Ensure that all staff are properly trained in accordance with regulatory requirements. Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage at all times. Conduct regular reviews of resident care plans and intervene when necessary. Organize activities for residents in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Maintain strong relationships with families of residents, as well as other healthcare professionals involved in their care. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within a nursing home setting is essential. Excellent knowledge of applicable legislation relating to nursing homes. Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate staff. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
