We are looking for a Sous Chef to create, develop and deliver outstanding dishes for visitors coming to enjoy pre-theatre dining at our Rooftop Restaurant. This is a great role for someone that is looking to work as a team and use their skills and creativity to produce great food for our customers. You will also work with the team to develop menus for our cafes, hospitality and events, bars and staff dining. Working closely with our team of Chefs, duties will include: Rotating menus on offer, both seasonally and in line with the changing artistic programme. Supervising and managing the kitchen team to include the management of the day-to-day operation. Ensuring compliance with all food hygiene and associated legislative regulations. Ensuring and supporting a strong Health and Safety culture that is embedded within the kitchen brigade. Being a key member of the Catering Management team, being a role model providing the link between the front of house and the kitchen, liaising with colleagues to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. To be successful in this role you must have: Previous experience of working within a high volume and quality food environment A passion for food and using the best ingredients.
