You will be based in the Caerphilly area as a Maintenance - Electrician Testing Our longstanding Client in Caerphilly are looking to add a Maintenance Electrician to their team. You will be based in the Caerphilly area as a Maintenance - Electrician Testing The Working Hours will be: Monday – Friday Early finish on Friday's 08:00-16:00 The Pay Rate will be: £16 Per Hour/£30,000 per annum / £435 per week after tax and deductions Responsibilities include: You will be responsible for general maintenance and improvements to domestic and untenanted properties. Undertake more advanced electrical work and installations associated with repairs, maintenance and refurbishment, and ensure all building work undertaken is completed to an acceptable industry standard. Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs. Candidate Requirements: Electrical Installations IEE current Edition of the Wiring Regulations City and Guilds 2382-18. Inspection and Testing City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent, all to BS 7671. Knowledge and experience in undertaking associated building trade skills.1 PLUS YEARS EXPERIENCE WITHIN SIMILAR ROLESFULL UK DRIVING LICENSE. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
