Delivery Managerup to GBP55k Theyre an employee: owned company that work on a range of interesting projects for a varied client base. A large portion of their web and mobile app projects are in the tech for good, charity, and non: profit space. This is the perfect place to use your skills to really make a difference. Theres a big emphasis on promoting from within, L and D, and training. Youll have dedicated training days, personal training budget and have genuine scope to climb the ladder. Youre encouraged to voice your opinion, influence projects/ your team, and really have an impact. The ideal place to put your unique stamp on things The Role: Manage a core project delivery team using Agile delivery methods Work with cross functional technical teams Liaise with stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for several digital projects Lead project discovery phases and discovery workshops Provide expertise and showcase good decision making across multiple work streams to ensure projects are delivered to time, budget, and scope Recognise and manage project risks Use project management software to manage the status of the various digital projects Act as Scrum Master on occasion Line manage the team effectively Were looking for a mix of the following: Experience managing digital projects and running workshops Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of software and software delivery methodologies Knowledge of Agile project management and associated tools (e. g. Jira or Trello) Its a bonus if you have the following: Experience leading and mentoring a team Experience working in a client facing role Whats on offer?
