Purpose This position is responsible for all business system administration as well as creating and maintaining critical reports for business development within the renewables energy business. They will maintain system workflows and master data for the division in the Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) and Portfolio and Project Management (Planisware) platforms to ensure proper system function. They will be a key interface between the business unit, IT and the ERP and PPM members as well as the main support for the business unit for these platforms. Accountabilities System Administration: Responsible for performing business level system administration for ERP and PPM platforms such as, workflow table maintenance, user access, purchase requisition/order management, master data management. Act as a central point of contact with IT for any system issues, enhancements, patches, updates, etc. working through identification, development, testing, training, rollout and change management. Act as a system Super User for both ERP and PPM representing the department. Monitor key system/business metrics and identify issues and communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers Reporting: Create business reports that provide insight into key data points Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout Accurately.
