National Account Executive Haddenham, United Kingdom Working model: Hybrid You will be responsible for supporting in retail level execution of Customer sales objectives and sales plans; deliver solutions and identify opportunities to drive growth. Communicate effectively and efficiently with key contacts at all assigned accounts, promote and facilitate communications and relationship building between Mc Cormick contacts, broker network, and customers. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : Support Account Managers on major retail customers with implementing business strategy: Assist on day: to: day tasks such as promotional planning, product set up, EPOS and reporting: Build relationships with cross: functional teams to help effectively grow the accounts: Review promotions and EPOS to identify value and volume sales opportunities: Work with Demand Planning on improving forecast accuracy and availability: Support with customer interactions and aiding in regular business reviews: Work with e Commerce team to ensure optimal brand positioning on grocery: Support line manager with key business tasks CANDIDATE PROFILE : Ideally someone with FMCG experience: Excellent relationship building and communication skills: Good commercial understanding: Strong analytical skills to be able to derive opportunity from insight and data LI: DNI Agencies: Mc Cormick as needed will work with external recruitment vendors through our Agency Portal.
