Heavy Equipment Technicians/Mechanics, we have an exclusive opening for a shop Lead-Hand in Burlington, Ontario. This role is with a renowned earth moving equipment outfit that has been an industry leader for over five decades. Help lead an impressive shop by overseeing maintenance quality and supervising shop technicians & apprentices. Utilizing your expertise by providing a safe environment, working alongside and mentoring the technician/apprentice team, and ensuring high-level repair. Gain access to manufacturer support, factory training, and all the necessary tools to complete the job right. This is a hands on position with lucrative compensation and employer paid benefits from day one. We are seeking a journeyman heavy equipment technician/mechanic with their 421A or Red Seal license. To have success in the role you have five years experience with diagnosing and repairing heavy earth moving construction equipment and their hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems/components. Compensation: $50.00 - $51.00/hour to start.
