We're currently looking for a PMO Analyst on a full time, fixed term (six month) contract basis. This position sits within the Transformation team. We are flexible on the location of this role. The job Reporting to the Senior PMO Analyst, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following: Provision of programme management service within the PMO, primarily supporting our Workplace Transformation and Meet Compliance Programmes. Collation, analysis and evaluation of programme and project data and records using PMO systems. Supporting programme and project governance forums including the creation of packs, meeting facilitation and oversight ensuring adherence to programme requirements, project management and PMO processes. Supporting Programme and Project Managers and providing guidance on managing project information using the project and programme management tool (Project Online). Facilitating and supporting programme and project reporting for the PMO including financial management, planning, resource planning, benefits management, risk and issue management and quality assurance. Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with all stakeholders within the organisation. The person We're looking for someone who: Is educated to degree level or has an equivalent level of experience. Has a proven track record in a Programme or Project Analyst role. Is highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic, able to work on their own initiative with the ability to meet strict deadlines. Has experience of employing a broad and diverse range of project/programme management best practices, methodologies and tools including those related to RAID, planning, reporting, resource management and benefits management.
