Key Responsibilities Actively lead the front door Develop and train hosts and hostesses Ensure complete guest satisfaction and guest connection throughout each shift Handle guest concerns and compliments Desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best Energetic and positive Committed to being inclusive and embracing diversity Previous restaurant experience considered an asset Key Requirements Hospitality driven towards guests and team members Expected start date: September 2022 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Total Salary: $17-$20/hour Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday (4-5 shifts per week) 4PM-11PM Benefits: Manulife -Group Life Insurance and AD&D -Long term disability -Dental Care -Extended Health Care Humanacare: Employee Assistance Plan -Short-term therapy/counselling.
