Associate Director, Forecasting (585158)

Description:
Lead forecasting activities for a product portfolio. Serve as key partner to the US Commercial leadership team. Integrate insights from a wide variety of sources, including primary market research, to estimate customer demand and revenue potential across the assigned product portfolio. Generate strategic insights regarding opportunities and threats to product performance. Lead the build, redesign, and adjustment of forecasting models to reflect the strategic direction for each brand. Maintain revenue forecasting models to support short- and long-range financial planning. Pressure test forecast assumptions and improve forecast accuracy. Evaluate risks and opportunities. Coordinate with medical, clinical, and other scientific experts to determine commercial potential for pipeline assets. Coordinate with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Patient Support Services, and Finance to assess value of initiatives. Collaborate with colleagues in Finance and Commercial on presentations, and provide monthly updates to Business Units and Senior Leadership. Coordinate the Manufacturing ad Supply to ensure appropriate product availability. Contribute to US Brand Planning ensuring forecasts are factored into brand strategy and tactics. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations and all relevant stakeholders to ensure information and insights generated are cascaded throughout the commercial organization and support function. ***Employer permits employee in this role to work remotely from their residence 2-3 days per week so long as that is with normal commuting distance, or within the same metropolitan statistical areaMaster?s degree in Business, Finance, Pharmacy, or Biology4 years of experience in pharmaceutical forecasting and strategic planning that includes working with a wide variety of pharmaceutical data (e.g. medical claims, pharmacy claims, and electronic health records).2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for forecasting Bachelor?s degree in Business, Finance, Pharmacy, or Biology6 years of experience in pharmaceutical forecasting and strategic planning that includes working with a wide variety of pharmaceutical data (e.g. medical claims, pharmacy claims, and electronic health records).2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for forecasting Please copy and paste your resume in the email body do not send attachments, we cannot open them and email them at candidates at placementservicesusa.com with reference #585158 in the subject line.Thank you.
