Job Types: Full-time, Part-time License/Certification: • Real Estate License (Required) Responsibilities:• Act as a liaison between residential property sellers and buyers.• Prepare residential purchase agreements and listing agreements on behalf of your clients.• Conduct thorough property assessments to ascertain precise property values for sellers.• Offer prompt assistance and support to your clients whenever needed.• Ensure meticulous record-keeping across all systems and CRMs, working closely with channel partners.
